Add Your Social Media Platforms
2 min read · Updated
Social icons are the row of platform icons near the top of your page. They send visitors to your profiles elsewhere without taking up a full link block.
Add a social icon
Log in, open My Pages and click the page you want to edit
Open the Socials panel
Use the field to search for a platform, paste a link, or paste an email address
Enter your username, or the full URL if it is not a platform we recognise
Save
Pasting a profile URL is usually fastest. The platform is detected from the link and the right icon is applied.
Email works the same way. Paste an address and you get a mail icon that opens the visitor's email app.

FacebookStyling the row
Under Customize › Advanced › Social Icons you can set:
Shape. How each icon is framed.
Colour. The icon colour and its background, also available under the Colors category.
Position. Whether the row sits above or below your profile section.
Social icons or link blocks?
Both point somewhere. The difference is weight.
Social icons are compact and sit together. Good for "here is everywhere else you can find me".
Link blocks are full width with a title and image. Good for the one thing you actually want tapped.
Putting everything in icons makes nothing stand out. Putting everything in blocks makes the page long. Most pages work best with a short icon row and a handful of blocks.
Common questions
My platform is not in the list.
Paste the full profile URL. It is added with a generic link icon rather than a branded one.
Can I reorder the icons?
Yes, drag them into the order you want in the Socials panel.
Do clicks on icons show in analytics?
Yes, they count toward your page clicks.
What is the difference from connecting an account?
A social icon is just a link. Connecting an account pulls in live data such as follower counts and recent posts. See connecting your social accounts.
Can I show a follower count next to them?
Yes, with connected accounts. A badge under the icon row can show your combined followers.
📢 Tip: Order the icons by where you are most active, not alphabetically. The first one gets the most taps.
