How to Change Your Password

You can change your hoo.be password from your account settings. The change takes effect straight away, with no email confirmation step.
Change your password
Log in and click Account in the sidebar
Select Personal Info, then Change Password
Enter your current password, then your new one twice
Click Change Password
If you forgot your password
You cannot use the screen above without your current password, so reset it from the login page instead.
Go to hoo.be/login
Click Forgot Password
Enter the email address on your account
Open the email and follow the link to set a new password
Common questions
I do not see a Change Password option.
That screen is only for accounts that sign in with an email address and password. If you sign in with Google, your password is managed by Google and there is nothing to change here.
What are the password rules?
At least 6 characters, and it has to be different from your current password.
Will I be signed out of my other devices?
Changing your password does not sign you out everywhere. If you think someone else has access, change your password and then contact support.
The reset email has not arrived.
Check your spam folder, and make sure you used the address on your account. If you have changed your email recently, the reset goes to the current one.
📢 Tip: If you sign in with Google and want an email and password login as well, contact support rather than creating a second account with the same email.
