How to Manage Your Links

Your My Links Library

My Links is your central hub for every link in your account. Access it anytime by clicking My Links in the left-hand sidebar.

Note: Adding a link to My Links does not automatically add it to your page. See below for how to add links to a page.

How to Add a Link

Steps:

1. Click My Links in the left-hand sidebar

2. Type or paste a URL into the search bar at the top

3. Click Add

How to Add a Link to Your Page

Steps:

1. Go to My Pages and click the page you want to edit

2. Click Add to add new content to your page

3. Select the My Links tab

4. Click any link to add it to your page

How to Edit a Link

Steps:

1. Click the ... (three dots) next to any link

2. Select Edit

3. Update the title, thumbnail, or link slug as needed

How to Copy a Direct Link

Each link has its own direct URL that sends visitors straight to the destination while still being tracked through your hoo.be analytics.

Steps:

1. Click the copy icon next to any link

2. Paste it anywhere, bios, stories, DMs, email, etc.

How to Delete a Link

Steps:

1. Click the ... (three dots) next to the link

2. Select Delete

3. Confirm in the dialog

Take the link off every page first. A link that is still on a page cannot be deleted, and you will be sent to Pages to remove it.

There is no Archived tab and no Restore. To get a deleted link back, paste the same URL into the search field and add it again.

Collections

The pills along the top of My Links are All Links and then one per collection you have made. Collections are your own groupings, so the pills are whatever you called them.

• Make one. Click the + pill at the end of the row and give it a name.

• Fill it. Open the three dots on any link and choose Add to collection.

• Rename it. Open the collection's pill, then Edit.

A link can sit in more than one collection, and putting it in one does not put it on a page.
