Keep the pitch focused
A strong brand pitch is short, specific, and easy to reply to. Start by showing that you understand the brand, then explain why your audience and content style are a useful fit.
A simple structure
- One personal sentence about the brand or product
- Who you are and the audience you reach
- One or two content ideas that fit the brand
- A link to your portfolio or hoo.be page
- A clear next step, such as a short call or rate-card request
Example opening
Hi [Name], I am a [niche] creator whose audience looks for [specific need]. I have been using [product] because [real reason], and I would love to create a short-form video series showing [idea]. You can see recent examples and my contact details here: [link].
Follow up with care
If you do not hear back, send one polite follow-up after a week or two. Do not send the same generic message to every brand. A smaller number of relevant, thoughtful pitches usually performs better than a large batch of copy-and-paste outreach.
